This Refund Policy governs refunds for paid services related to the MetaFlow application and related offerings, provided by FlowApp, LLC. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean FlowApp, LLC. This includes application subscriptions and token (credit) purchases.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscriptions

We offer paid subscriptions that provide access to application features for a fixed billing period.

- Subscription fees are non-refundable.

- Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

- No partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds are provided.

- Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund.

3. Token (Credit) Purchases

We may offer usage-based tokens (credits) for AI-powered analysis and generation.

- Token purchases are generally non-refundable.

- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

- Tokens are considered used once any analysis or generation task is performed.

4. General No-Refund Policy

Due to the computational costs and infrastructure required to provide AI-powered services, all purchases are considered final once the program has been activated or any tokens have been used.

Users are encouraged to evaluate the Service using any available free features or trial credits before making a purchase.

5. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only for token (credit) purchases and only if both of the following are true: (1) no tokens from the purchase have been used, and (2) the program has not been activated or used for that purchase. The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Once you have activated the program or used any tokens, no refund is available. Subscriptions are never refundable.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved solely at our discretion.
