End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and FlowApp, LLC governing the use of the MetaFlow software application ("Software"). In this Agreement, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to FlowApp, LLC.

This Agreement should be read together with the MetaFlow Terms of Service and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy.

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

If you accept this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

You may install and use the Software on up to two (2) of your own devices (for example, a desktop computer and a laptop), provided that:

- Both devices are used by the same individual user.

- The Software is not used simultaneously by multiple users.

2. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

- Install and run the Software on your own devices.

- Use the Software for lawful personal or professional purposes.

- Receive updates and improvements provided by us.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.

- Copy, distribute, resell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software.

- Allow third parties to access or use the Software under your account.

- Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

- Bypass license limits, activation mechanisms, or usage restrictions.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold.

All intellectual property rights in the Software are and will remain owned by us and our licensors.

No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in this Agreement.

5. Updates and Changes

This Agreement applies to all updates, upgrades, patches, and new versions of the Software unless a separate license is provided.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- MERCHANTABILITY.

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

- NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS.

We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service or Software shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the applicable paid Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

This Agreement becomes effective upon your first installation or use of the Software.

We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your license immediately if you violate any provision of this Agreement or use the Software in an unlawful manner.

Upon termination of this Agreement:

- All rights granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease.

- You must stop using the Software.

- You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.

Termination does not affect any provisions which by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
